PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Deposits and Payments: A deposit is required to hold land services and hotel reservations. Balance of payment is required 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.
Cancellation of reservations for land services within Peru:
Up to 46 days prior to departure: $25 p.p. cancellation penalty.
45 to 31 days prior to departure: 50% of cost
30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of cost: WCT may or may not refund the money paid, partially or totally, depending on penalties imposed by third parties or service providers, without legal responsibility for indemnification or compensation of any kind.
Inca Trail permit fees are non-refundable, non-transferable.
Notice to Clients:
World Class Travel (WCT) is an agent only for its principal, the air carriers, tour operators, rental car firms, hotel and other suppliers of travel and accommodations and as an agent, is not and cannot be held liable for any negligence or wrongful acts, errors, or omissions on the part of any such suppliers which may result in any damage, loss, injury, delay or inconvenience to you. Your purchase and retention of or use of reservations for travel accommodations procured from this agency constitutes an acknowledgement of and consent to the foregoing limitation of liability.
WCT may be obliged to cancel a trip because of acts of God (e.g. war, attacks, insurrection, terrorism, civil disturbances, acts of vandalism, restrictions or government regulations, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, damage or technical problems involving transport and/or infrastructure, changes in operation by third parties such as air or sea transport companies and whatever other situation of insecurity beyond our control). In such cases WCT may or may not refund the money paid, partially or totally, depending on penalties imposed by third parties or service providers, without legal responsibility for indemnification or compensation of any kind. Should any of these reasons for cancellation occur once the tour has commenced, we reserve the right to make modifications to the same, as necessary. If these modifications cause delay, loss of transport connections or whatever other inconvenience, WCT is free from any obligation to pay compensation.
